I'm a knitter and a computer scientist. I've found that both have a kind of modularity that appeals to me, and furthermore that I attack them both the same way: try something, notice it doesn't look right, try something else, notice it doesn't look right, find book to explain, do properly, dance in joy.

Dead Batteries
Were there working batteries in my house, I would have taken a picture of the clown-puke yarn I found in the package I opened today. As it is, you'll just have to experience that horror tomorrow...
